Now it marks a pivotal day for the Infinity community as Infinity: Paradise Lost, the acclaimed science fiction miniatures game, makes its debut on screens in form of an animated tv series.
Infinity, renowned for its immersive wargaming experience set in a futuristic universe of high-tech espionage, is expanding its horizons with a new animated series. Renowned producer/director Jay Oliva, known for his work on nine Warner Bros. blockbusters including the widely praised Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, leads this venture. Produced by Lex+Otis Studios and TeamTO, Infinity: Paradise Lost premiered at the prestigious Annecy Film Festival in France last month and is currently captivating potential distributors.
Set nearly two centuries into an alternative future, Infinity unfolds in a universe where humanity has left Earth to colonize distant star systems. Amid a fragile alliance between planetary factions, conflicts persist as major powers vie for control over vital resources to bolster their dominance. Thought to be extinct, aliens suddenly reappear within these star systems, igniting the gripping narrative of Infinity.
For us Infinity player it is the chance to see on screen what we are playing. Power Armors, unit classes, weapons, scenery – the sci-fi flavor which we only play out on the table and in our heads becomes now a visiual sensation.
