Ordering

We aim to ship all orders 100% complete within 1 day of receipt except Sunday and Holidays where LBC is closed. If some products of your order are not on stock then we wait with the shipment until all the products are available (except you wish a separate shipment). Orders need to be placed through the online store. For non-stock products we use a Reserved Stock System.

Payment Information

Order payments can be made using the following Options:
• Cash in advance at the store
• Paypal (through PayPal-Account or Credit Card)
• Bank to Bank Transaction

Returns, Cancellations and Refusals

Verify your Order
Check the order before you hit submit. Duplications of a code will be picked as if you intended to order multiples. We are not responsible if you selected the wrong product or entered duplicate data on the same order. If you see on your order confirmation something wrong, then please contact us immediately.

Returns (damaged items)
We will accept no returns without a return authorization number. You cannot return opened or used product for any reason. If an item or part is missing from a package please notify us and we will work with the manufacturer to replace the missing item. All returns must be shipped at your expense.

Returns (warehouse errors)
If Arcanopolis makes a mistake in packaging we will work to fix that order immediately with no additional charge.

Cancellations or Changes
After you submit your order; you cannot cancel your order without contacting us directly. All restock orders are processed immediately and once processed are subject to the same policy as returns. This does not pertain to PreOrders or Reserved Stock orders.

Refusing an Order
If you refuse an order you will not receive a refund.

Returned Deliveries
Our carriers charge a shipping fee when a package must be returned to the shipper. If you refuse an order or if the merchandise is returned to our warehouse because of an incomplete or incorrect address, you agree to pay the return shipping costs. This charge will be billed separately to you. If any package can not be delivered due to our error, no additional shipping charges will be applied. We will make right any error that is a result of our performance.

Arcanopolis Web site covered by this policy may request personal information from you in order to complete an e-commerce transaction, for example, your name, phone number(s), physical address, shipping address (if different), e-mail address and more. Other information may be collected at individual points of sale. Your information will be used only to execute the immediate transaction and for other business needs of Arcanopolis related to the transaction it will be provided to other parties only as necessary to complete your transaction and provide services to you. Otherwise, Arcanopolis will not provide any of your personal information to third parties without your permission, and we will not sell any personal information to third parties for purposes of marketing, advertising or promotion. Arcanopolis may release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Arcanopolis, our users or others.
Notice: By default or by contract we may provide our manufacturers information pertaining to the purchase and support of their products. The information provided is restricted to Company Name, City, State, Country and website. This form of communication is intended to improve the awareness and support of your account through a manufacturer retail locator. Clients will be notified before any communication is collected. At that time you will be given the option to decline participation when applicable.
